Sublease available in Lawrence, KS
Sublease period is 3/1/2010 to 7/31/2010 (end of lease period).
The apartment is around 660 square feet in size, one full bedroom (which has one storage closet and one full sized closet), one full bathroom.
The apartment has washer and dryer within the complex, so you can do your laundry whenever you want without worrying about carrying changes or lugging heavy laundry out to the laundromat.
The apartment also has cable service, free wireless internet service, and everything (utilities, trash, water, cable) is covered in the monthly payment ($502.50/month). You also only have to pay once a month (on the first usually, but they give you grace period up to the fifth of each month), and it's a very easy process.
You can also use the clubhouse, which has a pool, fitness center, computer room, and a living area that provides continental breakfast every school day (before 10 AM) during the school year.
I don't have pets, but they do allow pets here (for a small price, I hear), so if you have a dog or a cat, no problem!
As for the school, I walked home and to school several times because it's very close and I wanted the exercise, but if you don't like that, the apartment complex is on the KU on Wheels route (bus comes every 20 minutes or so), so it takes you nearly no time to just hop on a bus and get to school (or anywhere else really; it's in the center of many bus routes).
There is also plenty of parking for any time of the year close to the apartment, and this apartment is very close to the mailboxes (actually, I live in the apartment that has the mailboxes attached to it).
They also give you a decal which allow you to get help with your car if you're inside the city with anything, like running out of gas or needing a jump.
I got this low rent because I'd already been here for at least a year, so they gave me a good deal on the rent and everything (It's actually a two-bedroom apartment, but one of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms was locked to accommodate for one person, so it's a bit bigger than a normal 1-bedroom apartment). I've been here this long because I loved living here, and the service I got was excellent... but as school is over and I am going back home after I take the Bar exam in February, I need someone to come and live here.
My email is blckprljin@gmail.com, and I'll definitely answer back as soon as you send me an email... so you can check it out, and decide to live here.

Thanks and will hear from you soon!
