Thread: Charlotte NC: Spacious 1br through late April- $599

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease that ends April 29th and that can move in as soon as possible. It's a 1br/1ba with 847 sq ft on the first floor with washer dryer hook-up, a large patio area, and open floor-plan in the kitchen/dining/living room area. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet.

Apartment located less than 2 miles from Rivergate Shopping, Harris Teeter and Bi Lo, Carowinds Amusment Park, Lake Wylie and about 5 minutes from I-485 and I-77. 15 minutes to downtown Charlotte.

This is a GREAT apartment-- I've never had a better leasing staff. There's also onsite laundry, a great pool and a 24-hour fitness room. If I didn't have to move, I wouldn't be, so it's definitely a great place. If you decide you want to stay longer, you have the option to renew 30 days before the lease is up.
